Medical Assistant Program
Medical Assistant, 41.5 quarter credits, 10 months
Delivery Method: Hybrid
Our new and exciting addition to the lineup is the Medical Assistant diploma program. This 10-month, 41.5 quarter-credit hybrid program combines classroom instruction with hands-on training. Graduates are equipped to provide quality patient care by mastering medical terminology, clinical procedures, patient communication, and more.
Massage Therapy Program
Massage Therapy, 600 Clock Hours, 7 months.
Delivery Method: Residential
Elevate your career prospects with our 7-month, 600 clock-hour Massage Therapy diploma program. Designed to prepare students for entry-level employment as Massage Therapists, this program combines classroom instruction and hands-on training. Graduates will master anatomy, massage techniques, ethics, professionalism, and business practices, making them eligible to take the Massage and Bodywork Licensing Examination (MBLEx).
Professional Pet Grooming
600 Clock Hour Hybrid Program
With our 600 clock-hour program, we equip students with the essential skills required to thrive as professional groomers. Our program’s core elements emphasize speed, skill, accuracy, and confidence, paving the way for employment opportunities in salons, mobile grooming, and even entrepreneurship.
Anesthetic Free Teeth Scaling
300 Clock Hour Hybrid Program
This program is designed for a Professional Pet Groomer that has at least 1-year of experience. It is a program that allows the established Groomer to broaden their scope of services and create another income stream for their existing practice. The program will be covered in 300 hours of classroom, lab, and online. It can be completed in 15 weeks or less than 4 months.
Professional Pet Grooming with Anesthetic Free Teeth Scaling
900 Clock Hour Hybrid Program
Combining our grooming program with specialized dental scaling, charting, and swaddling techniques, this 900 clock-hour program empowers groomers to offer an extended array of services. Graduates gain the skills to enhance the overall well-being of pets in their care.
If a student attended Merryfield Academy, graduated and/or received a “Completion Certificate” and has decided that they are not fully confident in any area, they may return to school for additional instruction at no additional charge.
